Although it depends on big you make the servings, I think 8 very large servings for people who love dessert, 16 small servings for people who want some dessert but not a lot.

Hi, Ruthann
To make half, I would use an 8×8 pan. For the ingredients, I would use:
1/2 box spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1 stick butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

I know you would have 1/2 box of spice cake mix left over, so maybe you could save it for something else later…maybe cake mix cookies for the holidays?
